Refunds:

Registrations before December 15^th:

Fully refundable.
Refundable less € 125,00 of handling fee.

Refundable if hosted buyer completes 20 appointments with exhibitors, including those pre-scheduled and that have been made at their specific times.

Transportation Funding:

 MITM will finance hosted buyers (not companions) transportation cost as follows:
- Up to EUR 100 to those originating from Spain.
- Up to EUR 200 to those originating from Europe or a Mediterranean country.
- Up to US$ 500 for those originating from the rest of the world.

Companion:

EUR 150,00 (Sharing hotel room).
No transportation funding is applicable.
Refundable if cancelled up to December 15^th, 2010.
Includes all buyers functions and services, except entry to travel market and the coffee breaks.
