- Free transfers for hosted buyers and press from the airport of Vigo to the official hotels. There will be a welcome desk at Vigo International Airport. Exhibitors may go to the welcome desk, where they will be accepted under availability and at pre-fixed departure times. Limited free transfers from Santiago de Compostela and Porto airports to official hotels will be offered to hosted buyers and press.

- Exhibitors registration and stand decoration at the Congress Center (hosted buyers and press, registration at the lobby of their hotels).

- Transfers from official hotels to Welcome Reception for hosted buyers, exhibitors and press.

- Welcome Reception for all participants at Castrelos: Show of a local folk group. Sponsored by Vigo Convention Bureau.

APRIL 28th, 2011 - THURSDAY

- Transfers from official hotels to Congress Centre for all participants.

- Participants registration and stand decoration at the Congress Centre.

- Seminar-Presentation of Vigo Convention Bureau at the Congress Centre.

- Morning business session. Up to 9 pre-scheduled 20 minutes long meetings between exhibitors and buyers.

- Press conference for international, national and local journalists.

- Coffee and refreshment service during working session.

- Working lunch sponsored by Vigo Convention Bureau at the Congress Center.

- Afternoon business session starts. Up to 5 pre-scheduled 20 minutes long meetings between exhibitors and buyers.

- Coffee and refreshment service during working session.

- End of last pre-scheduled appointment.

- Free time for buyers to visit the stands, where exhibitors will be able to offer entertainment, free drinks and snacks.

- Transfers back to official hotels.

- Landing at the Museum of the Sea.

- Dinner with show, "queimada" and incantation at the Pazo Los Escudos (rural Galician Palace), sponsored by Vigo Convention Bureau.

- A drink at the terrace of the Gran Nagari Hotel.

APRIL 29th, 2011 - FRIDAY

- Hotel check out for buyers and press taking post tours.

- Transfers from official hotels to Congress Centre (hosted buyers and press taking post-tours must bring along their luggage with them).

- Seminar-Presentation at the Congress Centre.

- Business session. Up to 6 pre-scheduled 20 minutes long meetings between exhibitors and buyers.

- Coffee and refreshment service during working session.

- Time for exhibitors for decoration removal of stands and evaluation and meetings reports handing over at the registration desk.

- Time for hosted buyers to pick up their refund transportation voucher at the registration desk.

12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

- End of MITM and commencement of hosted buyers and press post MITM fam tours, departing from the Congress Centre.

- Transfers back to official hotels for hosted buyers and press not taking post tour and for exhibitors.

- Transfers to Vigo airport for hosted buyers and press not taking post-tours and for exhibitors. Limited transfers to Porto and Santiago de Compostela airports only for hosted buyers and press.
