Worldwide buyers are invited to participate in MITM Euromed. The invitation includes up to 3 nights of accommodation at official hotels, one welcome reception, one working lunch, three coffee breaks, one closing dinner and funding of air transportation.

To apply, buyers must be decision making executives: Corporate incentive travel end-users, incentive houses, incentive travel agencies, event agencies, marketing companies, meeting planners, association executives and international congress organizers with the sole purpose of contracting, discussing, negotiating with European and Mediterranean providers of travel services.

Buyers may apply online, filling out a form, providing the required details of their companies and events they organize. MITM Euromed will revise the information provided for approval, and if accepted, buyers will be provided with the official registration form.

MITM Euromed solicits hosted buyers a registration fee, which will be refunded, less a handling fee, if hosted buyers complete 20 individual appointments with exhibitors, including those that are pre-scheduled and have been made at their specific times. The registration fee, as well as the handling fee, vary if registering before or after January 15th, 2011.

The number of invitations is limited, so applying at the earliest is very important to be included as a hosted buyer.

Buyers are free to pass the invitation to any colleague to apply as hosted buyer to attend MITM Euromed.
